The service consultant, Dale Eliason, and his mechanics have been extremely efficient with the handling of problems with my motor home. We have Good Sam Extended Warranty and when our dash air conditioner quite working, Dale went out his way to handle all the paperwork, locate the parts and got it repaired quickly. We were on the road in time for our next rally.
